She began her nail technician training in Texas after immigrating to the United States from Vietnam. She has been teaching the art of nail care and waxing across the country since receiving her nail technician and esthetics licenses.

Tracy Phan's seventh spa is Zen Nail Salon. Tracy says she "has a good feeling about this salon" because the number seven is considered lucky in Vietnamese culture. Tracy designs and implements the interior design of the spas, while her husband Marcus oversees construction. They work together to make their dreams a reality. This dynamic duo has worked tirelessly to create the lavish spa atmosphere that Chattanooga, TN has greatly needed.
